On what grounds are the anglophonic trans identities being separated from the socio-cultural ones in Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Amendment Bill 2026?
Even within the mentioned socio-cultural identities of Hijra, Aravani and Jogta, why are non-hindi and non-hindu transgender identities such ask Khwaja Sira, Nupi Maanbi, Nupa Maanba, etc. excluded?
